Parameter estimation for zero-inflated discrete Weibull (ZIDW) regression models, the univariate setting, distribution functions, functions to generate randomized quantile residuals a pseudo R2, and plotting of rootograms. Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.
