R-based access to mass-spectrometry (MS) data. While many packages exist to process MS data, many of these make it difficult to access the underlying mass-to-charge ratio (m/z), intensity, and retention time of the files themselves. This package is designed to format MS data in a tidy fashion and allows the user perform the plotting and analysis.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from wkumler/RaMS. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
