Functions for working with the Tracy-Widom laws and other distributions related to the eigenvalues of large Wishart matrices. The tables for computing the Tracy-Widom densities and distribution functions were computed by functions were computed by Momar Dieng's MATLAB package "RMLab". This package is part of a collaboration between Iain Johnstone, Zongming Ma, Patrick Perry, and Morteza Shahram.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from evanbiederstedt/RMTstat. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-RMTstat

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
