NGCHM
1.0.4Next Generation Clustered Heat Maps
Overview
Next-Generation Clustered Heat Maps (NG-CHMs) allow for dynamic exploration of heat map data in a web browser. 'NGCHM' allows users to create both stand-alone HTML files containing a Next-Generation Clustered Heat Map, and .ngchm files to view in the NG-CHM viewer. See Ryan MC, Stucky M, et al (2020) doi:10.12688/f1000research.20590.2 for more details.

Run in R for the authors' preferred citation:
citation("NGCHM")This is what citation() produces when a package has no citation file of its own. If it prints something else, use that.

For a number measured here: a download total, a coverage figure, an archival date.
From data release v2026-08-16, which the citation names so these numbers can be found later. More on citing and the projects behind them.
