An efficient implementation of the MCPMod (Multiple Comparisons and Modeling) method to support a simulation-based design and analysis of dose-finding trials with normally distributed, binary and count endpoints (Bretz et al. (2005) doi:10.1111/j.1541-0420.2005.00344.x).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from medianasoft/MCPModPack. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
