An R code with a GUI for microclimate time series, with an emphasis on underground environments. 'KarsTS' provides linear and nonlinear methods, including recurrence analysis (Marwan et al. (2007) doi:10.1016/j.physrep.2006.11.001) and filling methods (Moffat et al. (2007) doi:10.1016/j.agrformet.2007.08.011), as well as tools to manipulate easily time series and gap sets.

Install

install.packages("KarsTS", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-KarsTS

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
