Functions, data sets, analyses and examples from the third edition of the book ''A Handbook of Statistical Analyses Using R'' (Torsten Hothorn and Brian S. Everitt, Chapman & Hall/CRC, 2014). The first chapter of the book, which is entitled ''An Introduction to R'', is completely included in this package, for all other chapters, a vignette containing all data analyses is available. In addition, Sweave source code for slides of selected chapters is included in this package (see HSAUR3/inst/slides). Install

install.packages("HSAUR3", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-HSAUR3

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
