Shiny application for the analysis of groundwater monitoring data, designed to work with simple time-series data for solute concentration and ground water elevation, but can also plot non-aqueous phase liquid (NAPL) thickness if required. Also provides the import of a site basemap in GIS shapefile format.

Redesign of GWSDAT Excel based deployment for more robust installation and optimised spatiotemporal model fitting. GWSDAT add-in now packaged up and shipped out with a portable windows version of R with open BLAS library - see <https://github.com/WayneGitShell/GWSDAT/blob/v3.30/compileR-openBLAS.Rmd> for full details.
Functionality to export spatial plot predictions to ascii file format.
Functionality to aggregate temporal plotting resolution to Semi Annual.
Functionality to select multiple wells and solutes in Well Time-Series plot.
Backwards compatible save session option to avoid issues with multiple well/solute selection in v3.3.
Functionality to specify time range of data in Well Time-Series plot.
CSS styling for Trends and Thresholds plot which includes scrolling to better cope with a large number of wells and/or solutes.
Functionality to Select/Deselect all wells in Well Report and Spatiotemporal predictions plots.
Display of Mann-Kendall S Statistic in response to user requests: <https://github.com/WayneGitShell/GWSDAT/issues/273>.
Updated User Manual for version 3.3.
Improved package loading time by loading certain packages on demand.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
