We define generalized multipartite networks as the joint observation of several networks implying some common pre-specified groups of individuals. The aim is to fit an adapted version of the popular stochastic block model to multipartite networks, as described in Bar-hen, Barbillon and Donnet (2020) arXiv:1807.10138.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from GrossSBM/GREMLINS. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
