Implements various quality evaluation statistics to assess the value of plant germplasm core collections using qualitative and quantitative phenotypic trait data according to Odong et al. (2015) doi:10.1007/s00122-012-1971-y.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from aravind-j/EvaluateCore. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
