Tools for automatic model selection and diagnostics for Climate and Environmental data. In particular the envcpt() function does automatic model selection between a variety of trend, changepoint and autocorrelation models. The envcpt() function should be your first port of call.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from rkillick/EnvCpt. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-EnvCpt

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
