Automates the creation of Dockerfiles for deploying 'Shiny' applications. By integrating with 'renv' for dependency management and leveraging Docker-based solutions, it simplifies the process of containerizing 'Shiny' apps, ensuring reproducibility and consistency across different environments. Additionally, it facilitates the setup of CI/CD pipelines for building Docker images on both GitLab and GitHub.

shiny2docker() gains a renv_version parameter, forwarded to dockerfiler::dock_from_renv(). Set to NULL to bootstrap with the latest available renv (skipping the remotes dependency entirely).
Minimum dockerfiler version bumped to >= 0.2.6 for the renv_version argument.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
