Obtain historical and near real time data related to stocks, index and currencies from the Yahoo Finance API. This package is community maintained and is not officially supported by 'Yahoo'. The accuracy of data is only as correct as provided on https://finance.yahoo.com/.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from rsquaredacademy/yahoofinancer. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
