Sort k-partite graphs with node order, layer order, and node grouping optimized with a heuristic to (nearly) minimize edge crossings. Useful for improving visualizations with alluvial plots by "untangling" the graphs.

Install

BiocManager::install("wompwomp")

Installs the current Bioconductor release. Requires the BiocManager package.

install.packages("wompwomp", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
