An inverse probability of censoring weighted (IPCW) targeted maximum likelihood estimator (TMLE) for evaluating a marginal point treatment effect from data where some variables were collected on only a subset of participants using a two-stage design (or marginal mean outcome for a single arm study). A TMLE for conditional parameters defined by a marginal structural model (MSM) is also available.

Install

install.packages("twoStageDesignTMLE", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
