Assists in analyzing the lying behavior of cows from raw data recorded with a triaxial accelerometer attached to the hind leg of a cow. Allows the determination of common measures for lying behavior including total lying duration, the number of lying bouts, and the mean duration of lying bouts. Further capabilities are the description of lying laterality and the calculation of proxies for the level of physical activity of the cow. Reference: Simmler M., Brouwers S. P. Fix: now allows accelerator data with any sampling frequency (given consistent)
Fix: $load_files() can now deal with truncated timestamps (e.g. dropped 00:00:00 for midnight)

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
