Uplift modeling aims at predicting the causal effect of an action such as a marketing campaign on a particular individual. In order to simplify the task for practitioners in uplift modeling, we propose a combination of tools that can be separated into the following ingredients: i) quantization, ii) visualization, iii) variable selection, iv) parameters estimation and, v) model validation. Install

install.packages("tools4uplift")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-tools4uplift

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-tools4uplift

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-tools4uplift

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
