Functions for extracting tidy data from Bayesian treatment effect models, in particular BART, but extensions are possible. Functionality includes extracting tidy posterior summaries as in 'tidybayes' https://github.com/mjskay/tidybayes, estimating (average) treatment effects, common support calculations, and plotting useful summaries of these.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from bonstats/tidytreatment. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
