Interface to 'TensorFlow Probability', a 'Python' library built on 'TensorFlow' that makes it easy to combine probabilistic models and deep learning on modern hardware ('TPU', 'GPU'). 'TensorFlow Probability' includes a wide selection of probability distributions and bijectors, probabilistic layers, variational inference, Markov chain Monte Carlo, and optimizers such as Nelder-Mead, BFGS, and SGLD.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from rstudio/tfprobability. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
