Functions to enumerate and reference figures, tables and equations in R Markdown documents that do not support these features (thus not 'bookdown' or 'quarto'. Supporting functions for using 'Sweave' and 'Knitr' with 'LyX'.

Changes in 1.0.0

new_labelling(), fig() and tab() are reworked to allow linking to figures and tables too.
eq() is completely reworked to use Mathjax features for display equation numbering and cross-referencing.
RStudio project added to the Github repository and many other satellite files.
Documentation moved to Roxygen2.
Functions renamed in snake_case with backward compatibility kept with old names
Tests and vignette added
'pkgdown' site added.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
