Provides influence function-based methods to evaluate a longitudinal surrogate marker in a censored time-to-event outcome setting, with plug-in and targeted maximum likelihood estimation options. Details are described in: Agniel D and Parast L (2025). "Robust Evaluation of Longitudinal Surrogate Markers with Censored Data." Install

install.packages("survivalsurrogate", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-survivalsurrogate

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
