Vignettes for the 'survival' package. Split from the 'survival' package since the vignettes were getting large. Also, since 'survival' is a recommended package it cannot make use of other packages outside of base+recommended (e.g. 'rmarkdown').

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from bethatkinson/survivalVignettes. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
