Several functions and S3 methods to predict survival by using neural networks. We implemented Partial Logistic Artificial Neural Networks (PLANN) as proposed by Biganzoli et al. (1998) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9618776.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from chupverse/survivalPLANN. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
