Estimates the coefficients of the two-time centered autologistic regression model based on Gegout-Petit A., Guerin-Dubrana L., Li S. "A new centered spatio-temporal autologistic regression model. Application to local spread of plant diseases." 2019. arXiv:1811.06782, using a grid of binary variables to estimate the spread of a disease on the grid over the years.

Install

install.packages("starm", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-starm

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
