Implements statistical inference for systems of ordinary differential equations, that uses the integral-matching criterion and takes advantage of the separability of parameters, in order to obtain initial parameter estimates for nonlinear least squares optimization. Install

install.packages("simode", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
