Simulates and plots quantities of interest (relative hazards, first differences, and hazard ratios) for linear coefficients, multiplicative interactions, polynomials, penalised splines, and non-proportional hazards, as well as stratified survival curves from Cox Proportional Hazard models. It also simulates and plots marginal effects for multiplicative interactions. Methods described in Gandrud (2015) doi:10.18637/jss.v065.i03.

Changes in 1.3.15

Fixed CRAN check failure caused by deprecated dplyr functions
Replaced defunct group_by_() and distinct_() with modern across()/pick() equivalents
Updated group_by_at() to use group_by(across()) for future compatibility
Removed deprecated as_data_frame() usage
Removed lazyeval dependency (no longer needed)
Now requires dplyr >= 1.1.0

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
