Functions for accessing and manipulating data from Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE)'s API 'SIDRA' (acronym for IBGE System of Automatic Retrieval) from the new endpoints at https://servicodados.ibge.gov.br/api/docs/agregados?versao=3. Ferramentas para acessar e manipular dados via API do Sistema IBGE De Recuperação Automática 'SIDRA' do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE).

Changes in 0.2.0

Network-dependent tests now skip on CRAN and when the IBGE API is unreachable, removing intermittent test failures on CRAN check servers
Fixed test of tab_agr, which was incorrectly exercising the sidra function
Increased default timeout of API calls from 2 to 10 seconds for robustness on slow connections

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
