A system that computes metrics to assess the segmentation accuracy of geospatial data. These metrics calculate the discrepancy between segmented and reference objects, and indicate the segmentation accuracy. For more details on choosing evaluation metrics, we suggest seeing Costa et al. (2018) doi:10.1016/j.rse.2017.11.024 and Jozdani et al. (2020) doi:10.1016/j.isprsjprs.2020.01.002.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
