Allows you to make clean, good-looking scatter plots with the option to easily add marginal density or box plots on the axes. It is also available as a module for 'jamovi' (see https://www.jamovi.org for more information). 'Scatr' is based on the 'cowplot' package by Claus O. Wilke and the 'ggplot2' package by Hadley Wickham.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from raviselker/scatr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-scatr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
