Scale alignment is a new procedure for rescaling dimensions of between-items multidimensional Rasch family models so that dimensions scores can be compared directly (Feuerstahler & Wilson, 2019; under review) doi:10.1111/jedm.12209. This package includes functions for implementing delta-dimensional alignment (DDA) and logistic regression alignment (LRA) for dichotomous or polytomous data. This function also includes a wrapper for models fit using the 'TAM' package.

Install

install.packages("scaleAlign", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-scaleAlign

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
