Tools for interacting with U.S. Geological Survey ScienceBase https://www.sciencebase.gov interfaces. ScienceBase is a data cataloging and collaborative data management platform. Functions included for querying ScienceBase, and creating and fetching datasets.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from DOI-USGS/sbtools. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-sbtools

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
