Tests coefficients with sandwich estimator of variance and with small samples. Regression types supported are gee, linear regression, and conditional logistic regression.

the geeUOmega function had an error, and it gave the wrong answer when there was an offset. Thanks to Amy MacDougall for pointing this out.
the print.saws did not print out the test matrix and beta0 if beta0 NE 0. Now it does. This is explained in the man page for print.saws. Added a note to man page for saws.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
