Provides functions to simulate and analyze data for a regression model with an interval censored covariate, as described in Morrison et al. (2021) doi:10.1111/biom.13472.

Changes in 0.2.0

Replaced the dependency on pryr (which has been archived on CRAN) with

lobstr (#11). This restores CRAN compatibility.

rwicc now requires R (>= 4.1.0), since it uses the base pipe |>.
Added graph_omega() to plot the estimated seroconversion hazard model

(#11).

Added functions to visualize the simulated data-generating model:

graph_simulated_densities(), graph_simulated_hazards(), and

graph_simulated_survival_curves() (#11).

Fixed participant subsetting in graph_S() and several minor correctness

issues in fit_joint_model() and simulate_interval_censoring() (#11).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
