Much as 'roxygen2' allows one to document functions in the same file as the function itself, 'roxut' allows one to write the unit tests in the same file as the function. Once processed, the unit tests are moved to the appropriate directory. Currently supports 'testthat' and 'tinytest' frameworks. The 'roxygen2' package provides much of the infrastructure.

Bugs

The unit test files were missing a comment marker on Windows (in spite of passing all tests on Win-Builder; reported by Vilmantas Gegzna).

Improvements

Much more robust unit tests were added. See tests_roclet.R.
Unit test files now have a line giving the location of the unit test in the original file. Helpful if a *.R file contains more than one function with unit tests. Suggested with initial code by Claudia Beleites (was actually added in the previous version).

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
