Allows easy access to the LEMON Graph Library set of algorithms, written in C++. See the LEMON project page at https://lemon.cs.elte.hu/trac/lemon. Current LEMON version is 1.3.1.

Interface changes

Any function which returns a list now returns a named list. The order of elements in that list have not changed so no existing code should be affected.

Backend changes

C++ 17 deprecations are fixed in the LEMON code.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
