Import data written in the JCAMP-DX format. This is an instrument-independent format used in the field of spectroscopy. Examples include IR, NMR, and Raman spectroscopy. See the vignette for background and supported formats. The official JCAMP-DX site is http://www.jcamp-dx.org/.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from bryanhanson/readJDX. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
