Implements TRACDS (Temporal Relationships between Clusters for Data Streams), a generalization of the Extensible Markov Model (EMM). TRACDS adds a temporal or order model to data stream clustering by superimposing a dynamically adapting Markov Chain. It also provides an implementation of EMM (TRACDS on top of tNN data stream clustering). Development of this package was supported in part by NSF IIS-0948893 and R21HG005912 from the National Human Genome Research Institute. Hahsler and Dunham (2010) doi:10.18637/jss.v035.i05.

Added a vignette on modeling temporal structure with stream clusterers and TRACDS.

Updates

Updated and added tests.
Switch to roxygen documentation.
Updated plotting and graph conversion to use current igraph function names.

Bugfixes

Fixed multi-step prediction, default fading, copied temporal model fading, and state bookkeeping when merging, removing, or updating states. TRAC now preserves cluster labels in its centers and temporal model.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
