R implementation of the 'FAIR Data Pipeline API'. The 'FAIR Data Pipeline' is intended to enable tracking of provenance of FAIR (findable, accessible and interoperable) data used in epidemiological modelling.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from FAIRDataPipeline/rDataPipeline. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

sudo apt install -y r-cran-rdatapipeline

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
