Creates interactive analytic graphs with 'R'. It joins the data analysis power of R and the visualization libraries of JavaScript in one package. The package provides interactive networks, timelines, barplots, image galleries and evolving networks. Graphs are represented as 'D3.js' graphs embedded in a web page ready for its interactive analysis and exploration.

Install

install.packages("rD3plot", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-rD3plot

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
