A collection of (wrapper) functions the creator found useful for quickly placing data summaries and formatted regression results into '.Rnw' or '.Rmd' files. Functions for generating commonly used graphics, such as receiver operating curves or Bland-Altman plots, are also provided by 'qwraps2'. 'qwraps2' is an updated version of a package 'qwraps'. The original version 'qwraps' was never submitted to CRAN but can be found at https://github.com/dewittpe/qwraps/. The implementation and limited scope of the functions within 'qwraps2' https://github.com/dewittpe/qwraps2/ is fundamentally different from 'qwraps'.

Bug Fixes

Correct confusion_matrix() edge-case handling for sensitivity, positive predictive value, and F1 when TP == 0 and exactly one of FP or FN is positive. These metrics now follow the documented GERBIL convention.
Improve confusion_matrix() confidence intervals for boundary proportions of zero or one.
Allow qrmst() to work with unstratified survfit objects.
Correct qsummary() formula generation for character and factor levels that contain quotes.
Add clearer error handling for empty file_check() paths and invalid qable() row groups.
Correct and clarify vignette text for geometric means, geometric variance, and ROC terminology.

Add qkmplot_build_data_frame() as the correctly spelled helper and retain qkmplot_bulid_data_frame() as a deprecated wrapper for backward compatibility.

Improve the package-level overview, vignette navigation, and summary_table() help for new users.
Add a pkgdown reference index and copy edit source documentation, including vignette spinners and utility help pages.
Remove stale symlink setup instructions from contributor documentation and update the vignette-spinner Makefile template to generate real .Rmd files.
Update and extend URLs and build instructions in README.md

Improvements

print.qwraps2_set_diff gains verbose to control when long sets of unique values are printed.

Deprecations

Functions logit and invlogit have been deprecated in favor of base R qlogis and plogis respectively. When logit and invlogit were originally written they were faster than qlogis and plogis, that is no longer true.
qkmplot_bulid_data_frame() has been deprecated in favor of the correctly spelled qkmplot_build_data_frame().
