Provides functions for assigning treatments in randomized experiments using near-optimal threshold blocking. The package is made with large data sets in mind and derives blocks more than an order of magnitude quicker than other methods.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
