Functions to plot QTL (quantitative trait loci) analysis results and related diagnostics. Part of 'qtl2', an upgrade of the 'qtl' package to better handle high-dimensional data and complex cross designs.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from byandell-sysgen/qtl2ggplot. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-qtl2ggplot

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
