Quantile regression (QR) for Nonlinear Mixed-Effects Models via the asymmetric Laplace distribution (ALD). It uses the Stochastic Approximation of the EM (SAEM) algorithm for deriving exact maximum likelihood estimates and full inference result is for the fixed-effects and variance components. It also provides prediction and graphical summaries for assessing the algorithm convergence and fitting results.

Install

install.packages("qrNLMM", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-qrNLMM

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
