An implementation of multiscale bootstrap resampling for assessing the uncertainty in hierarchical cluster analysis. It provides SI (selective inference) p-value, AU (approximately unbiased) p-value and BP (bootstrap probability) value for each cluster in a dendrogram.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-pvclust

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
