Psychometric mixture models based on 'flexmix' infrastructure. At the moment Rasch mixture models with different parameterizations of the score distribution (saturated vs. mean/variance specification), Bradley-Terry mixture models, and MPT mixture models are implemented. These mixture models can be estimated with or without concomitant variables. See Frick et al. (2012) doi:10.18637/jss.v048.i07 and Frick et al. (2015) doi:10.1177/0013164414536183 for details on the Rasch mixture models.

Install

install.packages("psychomix", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-psychomix

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
