Provides a project infrastructure with a focus on manuscript creation. Creates a project folder with a single command, containing subdirectories for specific components, templates for manuscripts, and so on.

Minor updates:

Removed names from arguments passed to readr::write_lines() and readr::write_rds() since they have deprecated path in favor of file.
Combined the setup and load_libraries code chunks in all applicable template .Rmd files.
Removed LazyData line from DESCRIPTION file in compliance with new CRAN check.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
