Perform a supervised data analysis on a database through a 'shiny' graphical interface. It includes methods such as K-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Trees, ADA Boosting, Extreme Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines and Bayesian Methods.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from PROMiDAT/predictoR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-predictoR

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
