Detection of hotspots of point events on a linear network as proposed by Mrkvička et al. (2025) doi:10.2139/ssrn.5337003 using the R package 'GET', see Myllymäki and Mrkvička (2024) doi:10.18637/jss.v111.i03.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from myllym/pphotspot. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-pphotspot

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
