Provides functions to implement and simulate the partial order continual reassessment method (PO-CRM) of Wages, Conaway and O'Quigley (2011) doi:10.1177/1740774511408748 for use in Phase I trials of combinations of agents. Provides a function for generating a set of initial guesses (skeleton) for the toxicity probabilities at each combination that correspond to the set of possible orderings of the toxicity probabilities specified by the user.

install.packages("pocrm", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-pocrm

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
