Most ROC curve plots obscure the cutoff values and inhibit interpretation and comparison of multiple curves. This attempts to address those shortcomings by providing plotting and interactive tools. Functions are provided to generate an interactive ROC curve plot for web use, and print versions. A Shiny application implementing the functions is also included.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from sachsmc/plotROC. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-plotROC

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
